Walt brought over 20 years of hands-on experience in audio and video production, while Jonathan added a background in building and running successful businesses. Together, they set out to create a company that does things differently — one that’s reliable, easy to work with, and focused on building real partnerships with clients. Their goal wasn’t just to put on great events, but to make every project smooth, collaborative, and worth doing again and again.

In 2025, long-time friend Kienan joined the team to help strengthen operations and bring even more care to the client experience. Together, we are building a crew of talented, down-to-earth professionals who share the same commitment to quality and collaboration. What started in Boston has since expanded to new cities, with each project rooted in the same values that got us here — great work, honest communication, and lasting relationships with the people we serve.
